Here’s how it works:
1️. Book Your Free Photoshoot
Pick a date that works for you and answer a few quick questions about your club or school. We’ll send you a ready-to-go info pack with everything you need to make sign-ups seamless.
2️. Get Prepped with Zero Admin
Parents pre-register their child using the provided link, allowing us to schedule team photos efficiently and making ordering quick and simple later. Each week, you'll get a registration update, so you know which teams need a little nudge.
3️. Photo Day - Fun, Easy & Organised
All we need is a small space with power for our green screen setup (we’ll send exact size requirements). Parents bring their child at their time slot, and we’ll capture multiple poses that let their personality shine.
4️. View & Order Online - Plus Cashback for Your Club
We aim to have your photos ready to view within 5-10 working days of your shoot. During our busiest periods, please allow 10-15 working days. Parents can log in, view their child’s photos and team shots, and order directly online.

Hi, I’m Tony Blood, and as a grassroots football coach and club volunteer, I’ve spent years seeing firsthand how clubs struggle with funding - and how outdated, awkward team photos just don’t do these young players justice.
That’s why I started PicDay - to bring fun, dynamic, and high-quality photography to schools, clubs and hobby enthusiasts while also giving back. Our free photoshoots mean there’s zero cost or hassle for organisers, and qualifying photo purchases earn your club cashback to help fund essential kit and equipment.
